條款及細則

  1. 本次活動主辦單位為香港商可口可樂有限公司台灣分公司及英屬維京群島商太古食品(股)公司台灣分公司及香港商Mad Head Limited,並委託尚藍資訊股份有限公司為活動協辦機構。主辨單位及配合廠商之員工均不得參加本活動,以示公允。
  2. 本活動須於活動期限內,購買活動指定之產品,才能獲得對應活動之得獎資格與活動獎勵。活動獎勵,應以遊戲內實際設定為準。
  3. 本活動序號兌換虛寶至台灣時間2020年6月14日晚間23: 59截止,於活動兌換時間結束後,序號將自度喪失兌換領取功能;未領取之獎項,即視為自動放棄兌換權益,無法重新兌換、領取,亦不得要求轉換為現金、遊戲點數/幣值、紅利或更換其他商品及轉移至其他活動使用。
  4. 本活動所有遊戲虛寶獎勵會直接派送到該帳號遊戲內即可於遊戲中使用。
  5. 本活動之參加、得獎資格或獎品不得轉讓予任何第三人,亦不得要求轉換為現金、遊戲點數/幣值、紅利,或更換其他商品或權益。
  6. 如有任何因電腦、網路、電話、技術或不可歸責於主辦單位之事由,若因觸犯遊戲規章遭受凍結處份、個人線路不穩,導致斷線、連接失敗等問題,而使系統誤送活動訊息或中獎通知,或使參加者所寄出或登錄之資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或毀損之情況,而影響活動參與,主辦單位均不負責,活動照常舉行,不另做補償。
  7. 主辦單位有權檢視參加者於活動參與行為及中獎情形是否涉嫌例:人為操作、蓄意偽造、多重帳號、短時間異常多筆參與行為、透過任何電腦程式(如利用機器人或其他外掛程式)參與活動、借/盜用他人資料,或以詐欺或任何其他不正當的方式,進行不實或虛偽之活動參與行為,參加者因上述情形所獲得之活動資格及獎額,主辦單位有取消參加或得獎資格的權利,參加者並應承擔民、刑事相關責任。
  8. 所有兌獎憑證(包括中獎序號憑證及得獎者資料)須經主辦單位檢核並以主辦單位審核為準;若中獎憑證序號錯誤、中獎序號與系統登錄不符,或任何不完整、損毀、偽造、經改動的、複製或超過兌換期限的中獎序號均視為無效,主辦單位有權取消相關兌獎資格。
  9. 如因寄送過程中發生信件遺失、信封破損或其他不可歸責於主辦單位之原因,導致兌獎憑證遺失或無法辨識,或得獎者資料填寫不完整或不清楚,導致未能或不符資格兌獎,得獎者同意主辦單位無需為此負任何責任。
  10. 依中華民國稅法規定,中獎價值在新台幣 1,001(含) 元以上者,需繳交身分證正反面影本供報稅使用,年度報稅時將計入個人所得。贈品價值超過NT$20,000元(含)以上者,依法需繳交10%稅金。在台灣居住未滿6個月者或外國人身分者,不論中獎所得金額,皆需繳交20%稅金。若得獎者不願先行繳納本項稅金,視同放棄中獎資格,且不得異議。財政部臺北國稅局實施「憑單無紙化」,自2014年起所得稅各式憑單符合一定情形者,憑單填發單位如期向國稅局辦理憑單申報後,原則上免寄發憑單給納稅義務人。中獎人需於隔年5月底前完成申報。
  11. 此活動中「集點換好禮」的所有中獎者,需至以下連結填寫及下載領獎確認書: https://forms.gle/tCF5v8Qu8CzpMshg9,了解實體獎品兌獎詳情並填妥領獎確認書及身分證正反面影本後提供予主辦單位,驗證身份無誤後方可領獎。領獎確認書中的中獎帳號需與登入活動的帳號相同方可領獎(該得獎者須年滿13歲,且若未滿20歲,除了得獎者身分證正反面影本外,須另附法定代理人之身分證明文件,協助後續兌獎事宜),若資料有不實、不完整及不正確,視為放棄中獎資格,不得要求主辦單位補償,主辦單位亦不負任何法律責任。實體獎項之領獎文件截止日為2020/6/20,獎項將於2020/7/24前寄出。
  12. 主辦單位將審視領獎人與得獎人的資料是否相符,如資料不相符者或逾時未繳交領獎資料者,即視同無條件放棄得獎資格及一切相關權益。如得獎人未接獲得獎通知,請主動與主辦單位官方臉書粉絲頁聯繫詢問;實體獎項於領獎文件截止日後陸續寄送。
  13. 本活動包裝產品銷售地區以實際鋪貨通路為準。本活動之所有獎品不得轉換、轉讓或折換現金。本活動僅限「台灣、香港、澳門地區伺服器」玩家可參加獎品寄送地區僅限為台灣、金門、澎湖、馬祖地區,主辦單位恕不處理郵寄獎項至其他地區之事宜。
  14. 本活動網頁之所有內容由主辦單位擁有所有版權,未經許可,不可抄襲、拷貝與複製相關圖片與文字,主辦單位保留所有侵權事宜之法律追訴權利。
  15. 參加者參與本活動時,視為同意接受本活動所有內容及細則之規範;倘有違反本活動相關注意規範,主辦單位得取消其中獎資格,並對於任何破壞本活動之行為保留法律追訴權。
  16. 主辦單位僅使用參加者所提供之個人資料於此次活動用途,且遵守【個人資料保護法】相關規定,以維護參加者權益。得獎者同意中獎相關個人資訊由主辦單位於活動範圍內進行蒐集、電腦處理及利用,但不做其他用途,得獎者並授權主辦單位公開公佈姓名。

A1:

  1. 超商通路:僅限購買「雪碧®」活動包裝限定版600mL/「芬達®」活動包裝限定版600mL,即可於瓶蓋內獲得序號。
    惟少量芬達包裝為一般版標籤搭配活動瓶蓋設計,但仍可憑活動瓶蓋內序號兌換虛寶獎賞,兌換之權利與活動限定包裝完全相同,不受影響。
  1. 拿坡里披薩:購買「雪碧®x神魔之塔®」限定套餐,即可於活動配合產品之序號卡內獲得序號。

  2. 本活動實體獎項將於活動結束後,由雪碧官方人員根據得獎者所提供之通訊資料,寄發電子郵件通知,通知後再寄出實體贈品,得獎人須留意。

Q4:請問如果我有了這個獎勵可以更換別的嗎?
A4:不行喔,如已擁有相同之角色、虛寶獎勵,無法更換為其他道具物品或返回儲值費用。

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The organizers of this event are 香港商可口可樂有限公司台灣分公司, 英屬維京群島商太古食品(股)公司台灣分公司 and Mad Head Limited. 尚藍資訊股份有限公司 is entrusted to be the co-organizer of the event. To ensure fairness, staff of the organizers and related manufacturer(s) cannot join this event.
  2. The participants are eligible for the rewards of this event only if they purchase the designated products of this event within the event period. In-game rewards are subject to the actual in-game setting.  
  3. The redemption of the serial codes of this event ends at 23:59, 14 Jun 2020 (Taiwan time). The serial codes will be invalid after the redemption period ends. All unclaimed rewards will be deemed to have given up the rights to redeem. The participants cannot redeem, reclaim or request to convert the rewards into cash, game points/coins, bonuses or other items nor transfer them to other events. 
  4. All in-game rewards of this event will be sent to the TOS account directly and can be used in the game immediately.
  5. The participation, reward eligibility or rewards cannot be transferred to any third person, and cannot be converted into cash, game points/coins, bonuses or exchanged for other items or rights.
  6. The Organizers shall not be held liable for any influence on the event participation arising from computer, network, telephone, technology or other reasons that cannot be attributed to the Organizers, including but not limited to missending event messages or winner notices of the system or delay, loss, error, unrecognizability or damage of the information sent or registered by the participants due to TOS account(s) frozen for in-game rule violations, unstable personal network, disconnection, connection failure, etc. The event will be held as usual and no compensation shall be made.
  7. The Organizers have the right to check whether the participants’ participation in the event and the winning situation have violated any rules: human manipulation, deliberate falsification, multiple accounts, abnormal multiple engagements in a short period of time, participation in activities through any computer program (such as the use of bots or other plug-ins), borrowing / appropriation of other people’s data, or fraud or any other improper means to conduct dishonest or false behaviors in the event. The Organizers have the right to cancel the participation and rewards received by the participants due to the above circumstances, and the participants shall bear civil and criminal responsibilities.
  8. All the redemption (including the winning serial codes and the winner’s information) must be examined by the Organizers and subject to the review of the Organizers. If the winning serial code is wrong, the winning serial code does not match the system registration, or any incomplete, damaged, forged, altered, duplicated or invalid codes are found, they are considered invalid. The Organizers have the right to cancel the relevant rewards.
  9. If the redemption certificate is lost or unrecognizable due to the fact that the letter is lost during delivery, the envelope is damaged or any other reasons not attributable to the Organizers, or the rewards cannot be redeemed or not eligible to be redeemed due to incomplete or unclear winner’s information, the Organizers shall not be held liable.
  10. As stipulated by the tax law of the Republic of China, if the winning value is more than NT $ 1,001 (inclusive), a photocopy of the front and back of the ID card is required for tax reporting. The winning value will be included in personal income tax for the annual tax return.  If the winning value is more than NT $ 20,000 (inclusive), the winner shall be liable to pay an income tax at the rate of 10%; 20% shall be imposed for those who have lived in Taiwan for less than 6 months or are foreigners regardless of the winning value. If the winner is not willing to pay this tax in advance, it is deemed to have waived the eligibility for winning the prize without objection. National Taxation Bureau of Taipei, Ministry of Finance has stipulated that since 2014, for the income tax vouchers that meet certain conditions, they are exempt from being sent to the taxpayer in principle after the voucher-issuing unit completes the voucher declaration with the IRS. The winner is required to complete the declaration before the end of May of the following year.
  11. For winners of the “Extra Rewards", please complete the following form: https://forms.gle/tCF5v8Qu8CzpMshg9. The winner shall read the details of the physical prize redemption, fill in the confirmation form and provide the photocopy of the front and back of the ID card to the organizer. You can receive the prize after identity verification. To be valid, the account on the confirmation form must be identical to that of the login account in the event website. The winner must be at least 13 years old, and if he or she is under 20, in addition to the front and back copies of the winner ’s ID  card, the winner must also attach an identity document of the legal representative to assist in the subsequent redemption. If the information is inaccurate, incomplete and incorrect, it shall be deemed to have given up the eligibility for the rewards, and the Organizers shall not be held liable to this matter and no compensation shall be made. The deadline for the confirmation form of the physical gift is 2020/6/20. The gift shipping date is on or before 2020/7/24.
  12. The Organizers will check whether the information of the winner is consistent. If the information does not match or the winner fails to submit it on time, the winner will be deemed to have given up the eligibility for the rewards and all relevant rights and conditions. If the winner does not receive the winning notice, please contact the Organizers’ official Facebook fan page; the physical gift will be sent after the deadline for the confirmation form.
  13. The sales area of the packaging products in this event is subject to the actual distribution channels. All rewards in this event cannot be converted, transferred or exchanged for cash. This event is exclusive for players of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau servers. The physical gift is only delivered to Taiwan, Kinmen, Penghu, and Matsu regions. The mail delivery to the other regions will not be entertained.
  14. All copyrights of this event website are owned by the Organizers. Plagiarism, copying and reproduction of related pictures and texts are not allowed without permission. The Organizer reserves the right of legal prosecution for all infringement matters.
  15. Participants are deemed to agree to accept the all contents and rules of this event during the participation. If there is any violation of the relevant rules of this event, the Organizers may disqualify the reward eligibility and reserve the right of legal prosecution for any acts that undermine this event.
  16. The Organizers use the personal data provided by the participants for the sole purpose of this event, and abide by the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act to protect the rights and interests of the participants. The winner agrees that the personal information related to the winner will be collected, processed and used by the Organizers within the scope of the event, but not for other purposes. The winner authorizes the Organizers to publicly announce the name.

Q&A

Q1:Do all products of “Sprite" and “Fanta" have the serial codes?
A1:

  1. Store Channels:Only the「Sprite®」Limited Version 600mL / 「Fanta®」Limited Version 600mL will have the serial codes. The packaging of some Fanta bottles is a normal version with bottle cap of the event design. You can still redeem the in-game rewards with the serial codes, with the same redemption right as the limited bottles.

  2. Napoli Pizza:Only the TOS x Sprite Limited Combo will have the serial code.

Q2:Where can I get the serial codes via the purchase?
A2:Retail stores, “Napoli Pizza" shops in Taiwan regions

Q3:How to claim the rewards?
A3:

  1.  In-game rewards will be sent to the inventory of the TOS account.
  2. For physical gift, the official staff of Sprite will contact the winners via email after the event ends. Physical gift will be sent after the confirmation.

Q4:Can I change to other rewards if I get the same rewards?
A4:The rewards cannot be changed and refunded when you already have the same characters or in-game rewards.
