親愛的玩家：

經過排查後，團隊已找出購買誤植禮包價格的受影響玩家共 39 名。

原定價格：
「振奮禮包 I」：USD $54.99：等值 90 粒魔法石
「振奮禮包 II」：USD $84.99：等值 150 粒魔法石

誤植禮包價格：
「振奮禮包 I」：USD $18.99：等值 35 粒魔法石
「振奮禮包 II」：USD $13.99：等值 20 粒魔法石

團隊經商討後，得出以下方案：

• 受影響玩家需於 5 月 9 日 (四) 12:00 至 5 月 12 日 (日) 23:59 前購買指定禮包，否則會於 5 月 13 日 (一) 12:00 回收差額魔法石。
  • 若有購買「振奮禮包 I」，需購買 「振奮禮包 I (重購)」：
    USD $27.99 / HKD $218 / TWD $890
    • 於限時前購買此禮包則不會回收 55 粒魔法石
  • 若有購買「振奮禮包 II」，需購買 「振奮禮包 II (重購)」：
    USD $64.99 / HKD $518 / TWD $2150
    • 於限時前購買此禮包則不會回收 130 粒魔法石
• 若玩家帳戶現有魔法石不足以扣除差額魔法石，餘數會以「分解最近抽取的石抽卡」處理。 ( 例：若扣除後餘數為 30 粒魔法石，則分解最近 6 張以魔法石抽取的封印卡代替 )
• 受影響玩家將會收到遊戲內訊息提醒購買，如有任何查詢，可與客服聯絡(cs@towerofsaviors.com) 協助處理。

Dear Summoners,

After investigation, our team has identified a total of 39 Summoners who purchased the mistakenly priced gift pack.

Original prices:

“Motivational Wonder Gift Pack I”: USD $54.99 (equivalent to 90 Diamonds)

“Motivational Wonder Gift Pack II”: USD $84.99 (equivalent to 150  Diamonds)

Incorrectly marked prices:

“Motivational Wonder Gift Pack I”: USD $18.99 (equivalent to 35 Diamonds)

“Motivational Wonder Gift Pack II”: USD $13.99 (equivalent to 20 Diamonds)

After careful deliberation, our team has devised the following solution:

• Summoners who purchased the mistakenly priced gift packs are required to purchase additional gift packs between 9 May (Thu) 12:00 and 12 May (Sun) 23:59. The Restitution of Diamonds (equivalent to the price difference) will be enforced on 13 May (Mon) 12:00 if Summoners fail to do so. The details of additional gift packs are stated below:
  • Those who purchased “Motivational Wonder Gift Pack I” are required to purchase “Motivational Wonder Gift Pack I (Repurchase)”: USD $27.99/HKD $218/TWD $890 The restitution of 55 Diamonds will not be enforced if Summoners purchase this gift pack by the deadline.
  • Those who purchased “Motivational Wonder Gift Pack II” are required to purchase “Motivational Wonder Gift Pack II (Repurchase)”: USD $64.99/HKD $518/TWD $2150 The restitution of 130 Diamonds will not be enforced if Summoners purchase this gift pack by the deadline.

In the event that the Summoner does not have sufficient Diamonds to cover the price difference, the remaining balance will be deducted by decomposing recently obtained Diamond Seal Cards.

(For instance, if there is an unsettled balance of 30 Diamonds, the system will automatically decompose 6 of the most recently obtained Diamond Seal Cards in the Summoner’s account to settle the balance.)

In-game messages will be sent to Summoners to facilitate the repurchase process. If you have any inquiries, please contact our customer service at cs@towerofsaviors.com for further assistance.
